About
Welcome to the BOOST Masterclass on The Road to Success. Turning a great idea into meaningful social impact takes more than passion. It requires a clear sense of purpose, an understanding of how change happens, meaningful goals, and the ability to make good decisions. In this Masterclass, you will develop your own Roadmap to Success – from defining why your initiative exists to identifying concrete steps you can start taking today. Along the way, you will explore practical tools such as the Theory of Change, SMART and CLEAR goals, prioritisation, and much more. Using the fictional grassroots initiative Move Together as a practical example, each video guides you through one step of the process and gives you a short task to apply what you have learned directly to your own organisation or initiative.
