Welcome to the BOOST Masterclass on Visual Identity for Sport for Social Impact Organisations. A strong visual identity helps S4D organisations communicate who they are, what they stand for, and why their work matters. In the Sport for Social Impact sector, where organisations often work across different communities, partners, countries, and funding programmes, a clear and consistent visual identity can strengthen recognition, build trust, and increase credibility among stakeholders. This masterclass introduces the fundamental elements of visual identity and explains how they work together to create a coherent and professional organisational presence. Whether you are developing a new initiative, managing a project, or strengthening an existing organisation, the concepts presented in this masterclass can help you create communications that are consistent, recognisable, and aligned with your mission and values. Across six short lessons, participants will explore the key building blocks of visual identity, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and communication materials. The masterclass also provides practical examples and resources that can help organisations develop simple visual guidelines and apply them consistently across different communication channels. The aim of this masterclass is not to turn participants into graphic designers. Rather, it is to provide a practical understanding of how visual identity supports organisational development, partnership building, stakeholder engagement, and long-term sustainability.
